Our website assists small businesses with obtaining finance from Third Party Lenders or Blue Sky Financial Pty ltd when we are offering our own funding service on the website.

By accessing and/or using our Website and/or by accepting these Terms and Conditions either by clicking a box indicating your acceptance or by completing an Application/Apply Online /Express Enquiry Form, you warrant to us that you have reviewed these Terms, and that you understand these Terms and warrant to us that you have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity and you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity and its affiliates to these Terms and that your continued use of the Website after any change to our Terms will be deemed to be your acceptance of our amended Terms.
